People's Security Bank & Trust - Old Forge Branch

Cerminaro Construction completed a full interior and exterior renovation of the existing, outdated branch, including a complete reconfiguration of the interior layout. The scope required close coordination, precise scheduling, and careful cost control to meet PSBT’s operational and financial goals.

A key architectural feature of the renovation is the new lobby skylight structure. An oversized, dated dome skylight was removed and replaced with a custom glass gable-style skylight that extends above the roofline, bringing controlled natural light into the lobby while significantly improving the building’s exterior profile. Additional exterior upgrades include bluestone pavers and bluestone accent walls along the rear entrance.

Interior finishes were executed with a focus on durability and precision, including large-format 5’ x 10’ ceramic floor tiles throughout the lobby and a multi-wall LED stock ticker integrated along three lobby walls. The completed renovation delivered a modern, refined banking environment that aligns with PSBT’s brand standards while meeting schedule and budget expectations.
