People's Security Bank & Trust - Daleville Branch

Cerminaro Construction completed the full sitework and new construction for the People’s Security Bank & Trust facility at the Bill’s ShopRite Complex in Daleville. The new building is anchored by a dramatic double-height lobby featuring bluestone pavers that transition seamlessly from the exterior entrance into the interior space.

Architectural highlights include a mahogany wood ceiling, a curved custom teller desk, an integrated LED stock ticker, and a 25-foot-high by 75-foot-long curved glass curtain wall that floods the lobby with natural light. The interior layout includes multiple private offices on both the first floor and mezzanine level, high-security vault rooms, a high-end conference room, and a fully equipped staff kitchen. The mezzanine overlooks the main lobby, reinforcing the open, two-story volume of the space.

The exterior envelope combines a complementary mix of modern materials, including the expansive curved glass curtain wall, stone veneer, architectural metal panels, EIFS, and a continuous perimeter eave LED lighting system. Site improvements included new landscaping, hardscape features, and a paved parking lot, completing a cohesive, contemporary banking facility designed for both functionality and visual impact.
