Glenmaura National Golf Course

Cerminaro Construction completed a large-scale interior and exterior design-build renovation at Glenmaura National Golf Course, enhancing member amenities while improving functionality, durability, and year-round usability of the clubhouse and outdoor spaces.

The exterior scope included construction of a new 6,000 SF paver patio featuring integrated fireplaces. This work required full demolition of the existing patio areas, followed by grading, structural fill, and installation of a new concrete sub-base to support long-term performance. A new structural steel deck with concrete decking was also constructed, totaling approximately 1,800 SF of new structure and contributing to an overall deck area of 3,200 SF. Deck areas were upgraded with new rubber surfacing and exterior carpeting to create a cohesive finished space.

Interior renovations focused on revitalizing the bar and main dining areas, including the installation of Lanai doors, a new fireplace, and an accordion partition system to allow flexible use of the space for events and seasonal operation. A new golf simulator room addition was constructed, complete with a full foundation, structural framing, and interior finishes designed to accommodate a TrackMan simulator system.

Additional improvements included refreshed finishes throughout public areas of the clubhouse, with new flooring and wall finishes to modernize the interior while maintaining the club’s character. Cerminaro’s design-build approach allowed for efficient coordination between trades, sequencing of interior and exterior work, and proactive value engineering throughout the project.

Design coordination was performed in collaboration with Fancy Parsley and Keystone Structural Group, ensuring architectural intent and structural requirements were seamlessly integrated. The completed renovation delivers an elevated member experience through thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces built for long-term use.
